These Terms govern the cloud mining services provided by ChicoCrypto (“we”, “us”) via http://localhost/chicocrypto.co/aim. By registering or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
ChicoCrypto offers hashpower contracts that allocate computing capacity across professionally operated data centers. You do not receive physical mining hardware. Contract terms, rates, and durations are shown on the Mining Contracts page and in your dashboard.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a binding contract. Provide accurate registration details, keep credentials secure, and notify us of unauthorized access. We may require identity verification before withdrawals or certain account activity.
Funds credited to your account may be used to purchase mining contracts. Withdrawals are processed according to your account settings and applicable network fees. Cryptocurrency transfers are irreversible once broadcast.
Cloud mining involves market, operational, and technology risks. Past or illustrative returns do not guarantee future results. Only allocate capital you can afford to commit for the contract term.
You may not use the platform for fraud, money laundering, unauthorized access, or any illegal activity. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
